About Rush Shipping . . .

We would love to have as many customers as possible, but we simply cannot rush ship your order. If you call and ask, it puts our Customer Service personnel in the awkward spot of saying No, when all day long what we love say is Yes Yes Yes.

Bookmark us and next time, make sure you order a full week or so before you need our sunglasses. Thanks for understanding!

About our Store . . .

We do not have a retail location; Shades of Fun works out of a private studio and we are not open to foot traffic or visitors.

Someday, our wacky store will open in Soho -- right next door to all of the other sophisticated designers! Until then . . . happy online shopping!

We do our best to get your packages to you quickly but we are not able to do rush shipping.

As a general rule, we will ship your products out within two business days of receiving your order placed online. Orders placed by telephone will take longer to ship.

We ship from New York City. Once your item is shipped, it can travel up to three days to California, shorter travel time, of course, the closer you are to New York. You will receive two emails with your order: the first is your receipt immediately after you make the purchase, the second email will arrive on the day we ship. We do not share your email nor will we use it again for any other purpose.

For orders which weigh in excess of six pounds, we may, at our discretion, choose to use another Ground Service provider such as UPS or FedEx to complete your order. If you order a monster truck load, we may have to call you and ask for some extra money for gas! :-)

Orders for delivery outside the USA: We ship only by US Postal Service Global Express Mail Service and a signature will be required for delivery. For this service, we will email you a Tracking Number so that you may follow the trail of your package as it moves over the globe.

Refund Policy: We will accept returned products within 14 days of the initial sale provided they are returned to us in perfect condition. We provide a refund for the cost of the product less an 8% restocking charge. We do not refund shipping costs.

US Priority Service is a very reliable shipping method within the USA. Each package will be assigned a "Delivery Confirmation Number" which we will keep here with the record of your purchase. We don't send you this Delivery Confirmation Number unless there is a problem with the delivery.

In the event of a delivery problem, you may telephone us toll free at 888-704-1620 Eastern Standard Time and we will check on it immediately.

If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message and we will get back to you within a few hours.

Our office closes at 4:00 pm EST.
