The model is the constant source and subject of rumors and has had an on again off again romatic relationship with The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince. She announced she was swearing off alcohol and parties yet less than a day later she was seen out in London swaying while standing still in the middle of the night at a disco. So are there wedding plans afoot? With her history of erratic behavior, it's impossible to say.

Fall 2008 - American actors Blake Lively and Penn Badgley may be heading down the aisle in 2009 according to some published rumors. The young Hollywood couple both are stars on the US television series, "Gossip Girl". They portray a couple in love on the show and they have followed that up with an off-screen romance as well. They have been seen vacationing together in their off set time and by all accounts seem very happy together.
