Fall 2008 - Victoria Rowell, an American actress who is alumni of the daytime soap drama, 'The Young and the Restless', has become engaged to marry artist and Atlanta resident, Radcliffe Bailey. Rowell, who released the 'New York Times' bestselling book 'The Women Who Raised Me,' said she is anticipating spending more time in the ATL. Bailey is a modern medium artist who works by patterning together vintage photographs, objects he collects, and painted words and maps in a multi-layered narrative which explores the both history of African Americans, as well as Bailey's own personal history and influences. The couple plans to split their time between Atlanta and Los Angeles. |
