Bedingfield is known for hits such as “Unwritten.” She opened up about the wedding news at a Calvin Klein 40th anniversary party in New York City. “I am so excited and it happened in New York,” said the songstress. “I want to share it with the world.” The couple did not set a date at the time of the engagement. How does she feel? “Like the luckiest girl in the world.”

She has become engaged to her multimillionaire boyfriend, Arpad 'Arki' Busson, after meeting in 2007 at a private dinner party in Milan, Italy. Their dating life was intercontinental. Busson is said to have proposed to Thurman with an 8-plus carat diamond ring. The couple will enjoy the company of four children between them. Thurman was formerly married to American actor Ethan Hawke. They will reside internationally.
