Fall 2008 - American Actress Singer Oscar Winner Jennifer Hudson announced her engagement recently. When asked by an entertainment industry reporter about the type of wedding she would like she said that she says she wants a wedding that will be her idea of perfection. Hudson says she wants it to be so over the top that she'll be 80 years old and people will still be raving about it. Hudson's engagement is to David Otunga, a reality televsion star. Ms Hudson admits that she has no clue how to plan a wedding. We say, give it time, after 3 or 4 of them, it's a breeze!

Fall 2008 - American actor Leonardo DiCaprio continues to deny he has wedding plans underway. He dismissed marriage speculation, saying that he has "no announcements" to make. It seems all a popular American actor has to do is respond to a simple question about marriage and the answer can become misconstrued as a hidden clue about an upcoming wedding ceremony. So silly. We're waiting for the announcement that DiCaprio will marry another American actor, George Clooney [..duck!] :-)

Fall 2008 - American heiress Nicky Hilton has denied rumors that would soon marry her current boyfriend, David Katzenberg. The hotel heiress told People magazine there are no wedding plans. The longtime couple were claimed to have been overheard discussing their marriage plans earlier in the month at a Los Angeles restaurant, saying they're hoping to hold their wedding "after the Christian and Jewish holidays" and so "thinking about a December or January wedding." Stay tuned, there's a theme developing here.

February 2012: American actress, Scarlet Johannson, divorced actor Ryan Reynolds during 2011. Yet, in an interview in late 2011, Ms Johansson stated she has no regrets about the failed marriage. The couple was together for two years. She said, "It was the best thing I ever did. I'm a big believer in instinct. Getting married was the right thing to do because it was natural."

"It grew out of romance and love and a desire to have a future with somebody, and I was very fortunate that I married somebody who turned out to be the person I thought he would be," Ms Johansson added.
